PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order. Any order you wish to have canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Additionally any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled.


If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to hi@thebestgifts.co. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause.

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to The Best Gifts Company at 7107 SE Golfhouse Dr, Hobe Sound, FL 33455 USA. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges must be received by The Best Gifts Company within 7 days of receipt of your package.***

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.

Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by The Best Gifts Company and returned to the sender.


If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The items must be received by The Best Gifts Company within 7 days of the package being delivered. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process.

Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.

Copying any The Best Gifts Company designs is a direct violation of the International Copyright Law.

In the event that a The Best Gifts Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Best Gifts Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Best Gifts Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Best Gifts Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
